Wifi Kill allows you to scan your wifi network for devices, see their vendor and cut network connection for specified devices. This way you can get rid of network hoggers.

What it does:
 
1) find devices using the same subnet
2) allow the user to selectively kill internet connection for any (or all) of these devices
3) PROFIT!!!
