@Tarun :I dont have much time to create a Tutorial,but you can found many videos on youtube that will help you in creating your own themes,
@Anonymous :I cant make it now,but may be some day I will create it,But still I cant promise because I dont like that theme.

Bilal@ I am not changing my style bro,anyways I use carbide ui 3.4 for making theme.If you make any theme do let me know I would love to publish your theme in my blog.

If still it does not workout then search google,I think that registering carbide is quite easy process.
